Nutella Ella Ella…

In my opinion, no holiday season is complete without some type of fudge. This quick and simple staple always brings a smile to my face and delight to my belly. What I love about fudge is that there are so many different types and each one yummy in their own special way. One of my favorite fudge flavors is Nutella fudge….yum! The sweet and nutty blend of chocolate and hazelnuts CANNOT be beat.

I made Nutella Fudge the other day during my annual holiday baking party and it was A HIT with all my girlfriends! I even brought some in to work the next day and now I’m the target of overly enthusiastic hungry colleagues shouting “Amy! When are you bringing in more fudge?!” Makes my heart smile to know I brought a lil’ bit of happiness to someone, even if it’s in the form of fudge. 🙂  Enjoy!
